1) It is mandatory for you to register with us before we start viewing any property.
2) It is mandatory for the tenant to give the firm’s commission in bank cheque/cash on the day of advance.
3) That the tenant will not waste the firm’s time by meeting his relatives during the property showing.
4) That the firm will have to be informed about the likes and dislikes of the deal shown by the firm within two days of the visit.
5) That the tenant will talk and meet the landlord through the firm only until the deal is finalised.
7) Inform the firm if you change your preferred area so that the relevant property can be searched for you in that area.
8) The main work of the firm is to show the rental property to the tenant and get it liked and then get the rental deal done between the tenant and the landlord.
9) That the firm will not be responsible for any kind of legal or other dispute after the rental deal.
10) That the tenant will see and understand the rental property thoroughly before the advance.
11) That the minimum commission of the firm shall be Rs. 5000/- as the minimum commission to be paid by the tenant.
12) That the tenant shall be required to pay the total commission fixed by the firm.
