1) That in order to rent out your property by our firm, it will be mandatory to register you with our firm.
2) That it will be mandatory to give the firm’s commission cheque / cash on the day of advance.
3) That the bank cheque given for the firm’s commission will not be stopped or withheld by the bank without the consent of the firm.
4) The tenant will talk to the tenant through the firm only till the advance is received.
5) That the tenant will have to inform the firm about all the terms and conditions related to the property.
6) It will be mandatory for the property owner to pay a minimum of Rs. 5000 / – as commission of the firm.
7) It will be mandatory for the property owner to pay a fixed commission of the property deal price to the firm.

9) Registration – (i) 200 rupees fee for registration period of 2 months.
(ii) 500 rupees fee for registration period of 6 months.
