Term & Conditions

1) This contract has been signed in the presence of the buyer, seller and witnesses.
2) That the advance money given by the buyer to the seller will be refunded only if there is any deficiency on the part of the seller.
3) That the advance money will not be refunded if there is any deficiency on the part of the buyer.
4) That in case of any dispute between the buyer and the seller, the rules written in the contract will prevail between them.
5) That after the expiry of the contract period, the deal between the buyer and the seller will be terminated.
6) That the firm will not be responsible after the expiry of the contract period.
7) That before finalizing the deal, the buyer and the seller will understand each other’s terms and conditions properly.
8) That in case of any kind of dispute later, the firm will not be responsible.
9) That both the buyer and the seller will obtain proper guidance from their lawyer before registration/contract.
10) That in case of any dispute, the role of the firm will be impartial towards both the parties.

That if any kind of violation or dispute related to any property deal is created by both the buyer and the seller, then KK Properties firm will have the right to get justice for the aggrieved party through Shahjahanpur Police and Court through this advance amount contract letter.
