Term & Conditions
Before viewing any property through us, you will have to register with us.
It will be necessary to give property related feedback by the next day about the property shown.
That the buyer will have to give the bank cheque of the firm’s commission on the day of advance date of the agreement.
That if the time of agreement is fixed after three months, then the commission cheque will have to be given on the day of advance date.
That the buyer will not exchange phone numbers of the seller or any other person met through the firm during the property visit.
That the buyer will not waste our time by stopping by meeting his relatives during the property showing.
The buyer will not show or tell anyone else the deal shown by the firm without informing the firm, nor will he see it himself.
The buyer will talk and meet the seller only through the firm till the agreement is made.That the ad. money given to the seller will not be returned unless any paper related or any other deficiency is found on the part of the seller. I
That if the preferred area changes, inform the firm so that the relevant property is searched for you in that area.
That the main work of the firm is to show the sold property to the buyer and get it selected and to get the property deal done between the buyer and the seller.
If the lawyer is of the buyer, then the firm will not be responsible for any kind of legal dispute related to the property papers.
That the buyer will see the property papers himself before the property registration and will show them thoroughly to his lawyer.
It will be mandatory to pay the firm’s commission of minimum Rs 30,000/- to the buyer.
The firm’s commission will be 2% up to the price of 20 lakhs, 1% up to 1 crore and 1/2% above that. All three commissions will be applicable together.For example – If the deal is finalized for Rs 10 lakhs, then the firm’s commission will be payable to the buyer = Rs 30 thousand.
If the deal is finalized for Rs 30 lakhs, then the firm’s commission will be payable to the buyer = Rs 50 Thousand Rupees
If the deal is finalised at Rs. 110 Lakhs then the firm’s commission payable to the buyer = Rs. 125 Thousand

17) Registration –(i) Fee of Rs. 200, Registration period of 2 months.
(ii) Fee of Rs. 500, Registration period of 6 months.
(iii) Fee of Rs. 1000, Registration period of 12 months.
(iv) Free general registration
